Yes, we require all pets to be up to date on their vaccinations for their safety and the safety of other pets in our care. These vaccinations include Rabies, Bordetella, and DHLPP/Da2PP. We encourage the Lepto vaccine however we understand some dogs have adverse reactions. We also are big supporters of vaccines like the lime vaccine as well as the canine influenza vaccine but those are discretionary to our customers.
Before your first visit you can either download your dogs record on our app or send to info@rocknrollover.co. If you would rather bring your records to your first visit, we will except that too. We must receive proof of up-to-date required vaccinations before your dog enters the Park.
Sure! we offer doggy day care and boarding services. Sign up on our app for a drop off and pick up time and we will handle the rest.
Yes! Kids are welcome to the indoor park however to ensure that both your kids and the dogs have a great experience:
Dogs must be at least 16 weeks (4 months) old and current on all vaccinations in order to have access to the park.
We strongly encourage spaying and neutering your dogs however, we understand that there are responsible dog owners who may choose not to do so. We also understand that your vet may recommend waiting until a dog is a year old or more before spaying/neutering. You are responsible for the behavior of your dog at all times. Humping is never allowed, altered or not as it prevents immense risk of invoking reactive behavior. Female dogs are not permitted while in heat. We are not responsible for any child support that may ensue after park hour activities.
No, all breeds are welcome and our highly trained staff judges risk based behavior of the dog and the dog's relationship with their handler.
We allow treats to be consumed in leashed areas and dog day care/boarding services. We also recommend bringing your own treats during training sessions but not during open play in the park. All treats should be small, quick and easy consumption as to not draw attention to the other dogs. Please do not treat other dogs without permission from owners first.
One person is allowed to bring two dogs of the same household at any given time. If you wish to bring more than two dogs at a time, another chaperoning adult must be present. Please reach out to us at info@rocknrollover.co if you need help. We will work to assist you while maintaining a safe, clean, and low-stress environment for everyone.
Tennis balls, frisbees, ropes and other similar toys are encouraged. Please do not bring chewies or any toys with food inside. Please note that other dogs may want to play with toys you bring from home. If you prefer other dogs don't bother your dog's toys we have communal toy bin for use by all.
